Tell us where the vehicle is, what happened and how we can reach you. We’ll contact Q Towing to check availability and discuss having the vehicle brought to our Kelowna shop when appropriate. That way, you can speak with the repair team about the problem before the tow is arranged.
With flatbed towing, the vehicle rides on the truck bed with its wheels off the road. Tell us and the towing provider if your vehicle has low ground clearance, all-wheel drive or other transport requirements so the appropriate method can be confirmed.
